Dune: Part Two
“Enormous and cold. I admired it for three hours without ever caring what happened to anyone, which is a strange way to spend an afternoon.”

Mad Max: Fury Road
“Loud, relentless, and I was exhausted by the end in a good way. The story is thin but I did not once look at my phone.”

Moonlight
“Quiet in a way that made me sit very still. The diner scene in the last third is where it caught me properly.”

Parasite
“Went in knowing nothing. Spent the last half hour with my hands over my mouth. Still thinking about the smell line days later.”
